| Initial public offer of 1,51,72,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 2/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Canarys Automations Limited ("The Company" or "Canarys" or "The Issuer") at an issue price of Rs31/- per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs47.03 crores ("Public Issue") out of which 7,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each, at an issue price of
Rs31/- per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs2.36 crores was reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 1,44,12,000 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each, at an issue price of Rs31/- per equity share for cash, aggregating
Rs44.67 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and net issue shall constitute 27 % and 25.65 % respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of equity shares is Rs2 each. the issue price is Rs31 per equity share which is 15.5 times of the face value.
